Bio

After several wake up calls, from dealing with his own health and mental wellness, the loss of a close family member and realising that it was time to “wake up”, Roger embarked on a journey of discovery, a journey to remake a life from the inside out, to stand on this earth with a sense of belonging, a sense of purpose and meaning but most of all to re-discover the joy of living.

In the last decade, he has gone on to train as a mindfulness teacher and in 2018 completed his level 5 life coaching diploma qualification with Simply changing.

He has since gone on to walk alongside others in rediscovering the joy of living again and now specialises in helping people to restore a sense of belonging, to develop a strong back and a soft heart in this journey of life, to access their unique strengths and values and to fully embrace their true authentic nature.

Roger lives with his partner and their little long-haired Jack Russell (who often features in his work!).  When he is not coaching or running a mindfulness class, he likes nothing more than to be out immersed in nature, sat reading a book under his favourite tree, or spending time with those that reminded him that within us all is a jewel of joy, waiting to be discovered again.

“Sometimes you have to fall before you can climb.  When we find ourselves lost, wondering what it is all about, pause, this is our gateway to a sea change, an opportunity to remake a life, to leave behind exhaustion, to embark on a new journey of discovery, it is never too late to be who you were all along”
