5 session introduction to mindfulness course

Our signature introduction course runs several times a year both online and in person options are available.  This is a great place to start your journey into mindfulness or to refresh your practice! 


Mid Week Meditation group

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have been running a complimentary 30 minute meditation group every Wednesday and it is set to stay.  Join us each Wednesday evening from 1900 to 1930 for a gentle guided meditation and time to come together as a community....
